For this commercial interior restoration project, our client wanted to refurbish the common areas of their commercial office building, taking into consideration the architectural and heritage details of the existing establishment in need of renovation.

Located in the heart of Rokeby Road Subiaco, the building is also home to several other high-end businesses including a boutique clothing store, law firm and wine bar, which portray a sophisticated and luxurious persona.

With a goal to refresh the tired interior and add a high-end, luxurious feel to the common space we selected white marble tiling and white interior paint, complemented by new, custom designed and manufactured balustrade, lighting and a feature entrance door.
