FUNDRAISING EVENT
FOR LIFELINE WA

Seven Willow Designs, in partnership with the talented artists at Wedstyle, had the pleasure of styling a magnificent fund-raising event for Lifeline WA, held at the prestigious Fraser's in Kings Park. Our vision was to encapsulate the essence of a spring feast, reflective of the era's opulence and artistic innovation.

The Vision

Our brief was to create an atmosphere reminiscent of an Opulent Renaissance Springtime feast, complete with cascading flowers and summer fruits. We envisioned a setting where every guest would feel transported to a world of elegance and abundance, synonymous with the Renaissance era.

Selections

Entrance Selections: Guests were welcomed by soaring arrangements of delphiniums and roses, their height and fullness echoing the majesty of a Renaissance garden. Modern, reflective surfaces were integrated to juxtapose the classical floral opulence, crafting an entry that seamlessly married history with contemporary Perth elegance.

Overhead Installations: The essence of Renaissance feast halls was reimagined through suspended blooms entwined with crystal chandeliers. These pieces were meticulously chosen to bestow a sense of grandeur upon the space, enveloping guests in a warm, inviting ambiance that spoke to both the splendor of the past and the celebratory spirit of Perth's premier event styling.

"YOUR EXCEPTIONAL TALENT FOR DELIVERING MORE THAN YOUR CLIENT DREAMED STANDS YOU AMONG THE BEST EXPERIENCES OF HOSPITALITY I'VE BEEN INVOLVED WITH IN DECADES. THANK YOU"

Textiles and Drapery: With a discerning eye, we incorporated textiles of rich velvets and brocades, reminiscent of those that would have adorned the halls of the great Medici. The chosen palette of deep, royal tones set against the vibrant flora created a striking visual narrative, as rich in texture as Perth's own diverse tapestry.

Lighting: Crucial in setting the mood; we incorporated a mix of ornate chandeliers, hand-picked candelabras, and candles, creating a soft light.

Linens and tableware: Pieces were selected for their rich textures and colours were chosen for their luxurious appeal and thematic consistency. The table settings, complete with gold-rimmed chargers and cutlery, were selected not only for their elegance but also for their ability to reflect the light, enhancing the overall luminosity of the environment.

Seating: Chairs adorned with circular gold details were curated to reflect the event's regal motifs, providing an experience of luxury for each guest. This thoughtful selection was not merely for seating but for enhancing the collective experience, ensuring every guest felt the embrace of Renaissance extravagance.

The Experience

The private dinner was hosted at Fraser's function centre, transforming the space into a tableau of luxury and cultural opulence. The evening was an exquisite blend of opera performances, culinary delights, and a selection of fine wines, encapsulating the essence of a bygone era celebrated for its artistic and cultural rebirth.

The event was more than just a dinner; it was a celebration of life, support, and community spirit, embodying the very essence of Lifeline WA's mission. We are proud to have been a part of such a meaningful event, and we are grateful for the opportunity to contribute our design and styling expertise to such a noble cause.
